A. Duties Of Town Officers: It is made the duty of the chief of police, the chief of the fire department, code enforcement officer, or any police officer to file an information before the police judge within the town, against any and all persons violating or attempting to violate any of the provisions of this chapter. B. Penalty Imposed: Any person, firm, partnership or corporation violating any of the terms or conditions of this chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code, and each day such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
