10-1-3: PERMIT FEES:
   A.   The fees to be charged for the issuance of any permit under the provisions of this chapter shall be as determined by the town council. (1993 Code § 15.04.100; amd. 2014 Code)
   B.   The fees collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be remitted to the town clerk-treasurer in the usual manner. (1993 Code § 15.04.100)
