The land included within the following described limits is hereby declared to constitute the fire limits of the town: All that part of the corporate limits of the town of Sinclair, Wyoming, as platted in the original filed townsite map of the original town; except those blocks situated south of the Union Pacific Railroad Company right of way and east of that certain street designated as 3rd Street.
