9-1-22: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each and every violation thereof. (Ord. 342, 3-18-2004; amd. 2014 Code)
