A. Traffic Prohibited; Exception: There will be absolutely no vehicular traffic within the boundaries of the park, except as authorized by the town council or the chief of police.
B. Enforcement: Any police officer of the town shall have the right and power to enforce this chapter.
C. Citation, Fine Or Vehicle Impoundment: Any person observed by any other person, on any vehicle described within this area, shall be subject to a citation, fine and/or impoundment of vehicle.
D. Complaint To Police Department: Any person observing another person in violation of this chapter may notify the police department of the town without signing a complaint unless they so desire. (1993 Code § 12.12.020)
