8-4-1: DEFINITIONS:
The following definitions shall apply in the interpretation and enforcement of this chapter:
BOUNDARY: The designated park area, as per current established and surveyed area.
OFFICER: The chief of police or, in his absence, the duly designated and acting representative.
PARKING AREA: The designated parking areas as established on the grounds.
VEHICLE: Any conveyance, motorized or self-propelled either wheeled or tracked. (1993 Code § 12.12.010)
