7-5-5: TOWING REGULATIONS:
   A.   No snowmobile shall pull any skier, sled, or other combination vehicle by rope or flexible coupling.
   B.   All sleighs or cutters shall be safely and securely affixed to the snowmobile, by direct coupling, solid tongue, or triangular shaped tow bar not to exceed forty inches (40") in length, being securely affixed to two (2) points on the sleigh or cutter, with one flexible joint at the center of the snowmobile.
