A. Unlicensed Drivers: No person shall authorize or knowingly permit a motor vehicle owned by him or under his control to be driven or towed upon any street or alley within the town by any person who is not licensed for the type and class of vehicles to be driven or is in violation of any of the provisions of the state driver's license act.
B. Minors: No person shall cause or knowingly permit any minor under the age of eighteen (18) years to drive a motor vehicle upon any street or alley within the town when the minor is not properly licensed under the provisions of the state driver's license act. (Ord. 354, 4-3-2008)
