7-1-4: DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE; STATUTE ADOPTED:
   A.   Wyoming Statutes section 31-5-233, as amended, is hereby adopted by reference for the Town.
   B.   The punishments for violation of this section shall be as set forth in Wyoming Statutes section 31-5-233, as amended.
   C.   This section shall incorporate any and all other amendments as made from time to time to section 31-5-233 of the Wyoming Statutes by the State, and the future amendments are by this reference specifically incorporated. (Ord. 354, 4-3-2008)
