§ 38.62 ANNUAL MEETING.
   The Ethics Board will meet annually on the fourth Tuesday of July at 7:00 pm to elect a Chair and a vice-chair from among its regular members and set a plan for any obligations for the year, including any annual reports, reviews of disclosures, etc. A majority of the regular members is required for the Board to take any action. The Chair or a majority of the regular members may call a meeting of the Board.
