§ 72.24 REGISTERED OWNER OF VEHICLE PRESUMED TO BE VIOLATOR.
   In any prosecution for a violation of the terms and provisions of this subchapter and KRS 189.450(2), it shall be presumed, in the absence of conclusive evidence to the contrary, that the person to whom the motor vehicle is registered caused or permitted the location thereof in the manner indicated in the evidence.
