For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
LAW. Any act, statute, ordinance, regulation, or order of the United States of America, Commonwealth of Kentucky, County of Shelby, or City of Simpsonville, or any department, agency, or officer of any of them.
MOTORCYCLE. A motor vehicle with only two wheels.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Any vehicle operated by any means other than muscular power.
PEACE OFFICER. A peace officer as defined in KRS 446.010(31) or any other person with the authority to arrest another person in the city.
PERSON. Any natural person, corporation, partnership, joint venture, unincorporated association, or any combination thereof.
