Offsite display of motor vehicles are permitted within the city by auto dealerships on developed properties, upon the following conditions:
(A) There be no more than six vehicles on display at one time;
(B) The displayed vehicles shall be no closer than 50 feet to the property line;
(C) Display of new vehicles only;
(D) Proper permission must be received from the property owner(s) of any developed property where this display will take place; and
(E) This authorization cannot violate any other rules and regulations of Kentucky Revised Statutes or Triple S Planning and Zoning regulations.
