(A) A certificate of occupancy shall be issued within reasonable time after written application therefor or a statement is given in writing specifying the reasons why a certificate of occupancy cannot be issued.
(B) That the fees for electrical inspections and schedule of fees shall be as provided for in the schedule attached to Ordinance 2017-002.
(C) The certificated of occupancy shall be issued in the name of the owner as defined herein, and shall state that the dwelling, dwelling unit, rooming house, or rooming unit is in conformance with this chapter.
