4-1A-7: FEMALE DOGS IN HEAT:
Any unspayed female dog, while in heat, shall be securely confined during such period in the owner's yard, pen or other enclosure, which shall be so construed or situated as to prevent other dogs from gaining access thereto. (Ord. 162, 4-7-1986)
