4-1A-6: VICIOUS, DANGEROUS DOGS:
Vicious dogs and any dogs required to be confined under the provisions of this article shall be kept upon the premises of the owner or such place as to be least dangerous to persons lawfully upon said premises. (Ord. 162, 4-7-1986)
