3-3-3: PENALTIES:
Those persons or entities in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter may be subject to a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation of this chapter, for each day that the violation occurs. (Ord. 246, 10-5-2004)
