A. No person shall set on fire or burn any garbage, rubbish, leaves, waste material or any hay, grass clippings, or other combustible materials. The burning of combustible materials shall not apply to the local school for annual activities such as homecoming bonfires that are supervised by the fire department and other qualified supervision. Furthermore, other controlled burns shall be allowed by permit under the supervision of the fire department. (Ord. 246, 10-5-2004)
