3-1-1: NUISANCES PROHIBITED:
The conditions set forth in this chapter, occurring within the corporate limits of the town of Simla, are hereby declared to be a nuisance and a threat and danger to the health, welfare, and safety of the residents of the town. Further, in addition to those conditions specifically set forth, as follows, every other act or thing, done or made, permitted or allowed, or continued on any property, public or private, by any person, firm, corporation, their agents, servants or employees, detrimental to the health, or to the damage or injury of any of the residents of this town, and any act or condition defined by the statutes of the state of Colorado, to be a public nuisance, shall be deemed to be a nuisance.
