2-3-14: SAVING CLAUSE:
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to affect any right, duty, or liability under any ordinances in effect prior to the effective date of this chapter, and the same shall be continued and concluded under such prior ordinances. (Ord. 177, 2-22-1990; amd. Res. 87-1998, 10-10-1998)
