Transient sales permit holders are required to exhibit their license at the request of any town officer or citizen, and each authorized sales representative must have a copy of the permit on his or her person. In addition, any transient sales permit holder(s) are required to exhibit their driver's license or other state issued identification upon the request of any town officer or employee.
