4-4-11: PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS:
Any person, entity, or group of individuals who shall perform an act in violation of this section, or who shall fail to follow the rules and / or regulations contained in this section, shall be deemed to have committed a misdemeanor. The penalty for violating any provision of this section shall be the assessment of a fine up Five Hundred Dollars per violation. (Ord. 323, 6-9-2021)
