A general development plan must be prepared describing the desired use of the property after annexation. Such general development plan shall be prepared in conjunction with and may be incorporated into the annexation agreement. The general development plan is required to determine the development intentions of the petitioners and to use as a basis for the negotiation of an annexation agreement. (Ord. 214, 11-2-1999)
