All annexations to the town of Simla utilizing the petition method will follow the following process and standards to ensure that petitions are processed in an orderly manner, that municipal services are adequate and available to the property, that the costs of annexation are paid by the owners of the petitioned property, and that all requirements of Colorado Revised Statutes 31-12-101 et seq., are followed and fulfilled.
