6-3D-7: VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES:
   A.   Any violation of the provisions of this article, shall, upon conviction be punishable as provided in all applicable statutes, laws, and regulations.
   B.   Enforcement of this article, as codified, may be sought by order of the Simla Municipal Court. (Ord. 311, 7-10-2018)
