6-1-5: SUPERVISION AND CONSTRUCTION OF STREETS:
The town shall be responsible for and assume supervision of all work or construction of streets and alleys within the town boundaries. (Ord. 183, 5-7-1991; amd. Res. 95-99, 1-5-1999)
