6-1-4: STREET WORK TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH GRADES:
All work upon the streets and alleys of the town shall approximate, as near as possible, to the grade of such streets and alleys as are established by the board of trustees. (Ord. 183, 5-7-1991; amd. Res. 95-99, 1-5-1999)
