A certain document, three copies of which are in the office of the City Manager of Silverton, being marked and identified as The International Property Maintenance Code, First Edition, 2006, along with any subsequent updates or editions as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., The International Conference of Building Officials, and the Southern Building Code Congress International, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the City of Silverton, in the State of Ohio, for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, condition, and terms of said Property Maintenance Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, with subsequent additions, insertions, deletions, amendments, and changes, if any, as prescribed from time to time by said code service.
