§ 150.162  PROSECUTION OF VIOLATION.
   If the violation is not corrected or the order is not complied with promptly after service of the notice, the Building Inspector shall request the City Solicitor to institute appropriate proceedings at law or in equity to restrain, correct, abate, or punish the violator of this chapter or the order.
