§ 150.097  RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   In the discharge of his duties, the Building Inspector or his authorized representative shall have the authority to enter at any reasonable time, or any time demanded by circumstances, any building, structure, or premises in the interests of enforcing the provisions of this chapter.
   (A)   Official identification.  The Building Inspector shall adopt an official means of identification for himself and his assistants and this shall be displayed as identification whenever requested.
   (B)   Cooperation.  The assistance and cooperation of the Police, Fire, and Health Departments, and all other officials shall be given to the Building Inspector as required in the performance of his duties.
