§ 150.094  PLANT INSPECTION.
   (A)   The Building Inspector may inspect or cause to be inspected at the point of the manufacture or fabrication, all materials and assemblies which this chapter, or any rules and regulations promulgated hereunder, requires to be inspected at such points.
   (B)   Plant inspections will not be requested where:
      (1)   Materials, assemblies, service equipment, and accessories are accessible for inspection at the job site.
      (2)   Licensed professional engineers or architects registered in the state, or others as approved in § 150.093, inspect and furnish a report of inspection to the Building Inspector that the material, assembly, service equipment, and accessories are in compliance with this chapter.
      (3)   Materials, assemblies, service equipment, and accessories are designed and manufactured under the supervision of a licensed professional engineer or architect registered in the state and are in conformance with this chapter.  The licensed professional engineer or architect shall furnish in writing a certification that the assembly in question has been inspected and meets all the requirements of this chapter if so requested by the Building Inspector.
