§ 150.090  CONDUCTING INSPECTIONS PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF PERMIT, DURING AND UPON COMPLETION OF WORK.
   Before issuing a permit for the construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, removal, demolition, or change of use of any building, structure, or site, the Building Inspector may examine or cause to be examined any or all of the buildings, structures, and sites in connection with which an application has been filed for a permit.  He shall conduct or cause to be conducted from time to time during, and upon completion of the work for which he issues the permits, those inspections as he may deem necessary to determine that the work is in accordance with the requirements of this chapter and the approved drawings and specifications.  He shall maintain a record of all such examinations and inspections and of all violations of this chapter.
