The Residential Code of Ohio as promulgated by the State of Ohio Board of Building Standards, including Appendix E: Manufactured Housing Used as Dwellings; Appendix G: Swimming Pools & Hot Tubs; Appendix J: Existing Buildings and Structures; and the Silverton amendments, is hereby adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein.
