§ 35.22  FIRE DISTRICT CAPITAL FUND.
   (A) A Fire District Capital Fund is hereby created for the purpose of handling receipts and disbursements of monies which are used for the city’s share in the construction of the joint fire district firehouse.
   (B)   Monies, including monies borrowed for the purpose of funding the city’s share of construction of the firehouse, may be held in this fund.
   (C)   Such monies may be disbursed as needed for phases of firehouse construction.
