(A) An Entry of Forfeiture Fund is hereby created providing for the receipt of funds from the forfeiture and sale of contraband materials in accordance with R.C. Chapter 2933, and such additional legislative enactments which may allow distribution to such funds. This Fund shall be managed in accordance with the terms of R.C. § 2933.43(D)(4).
(B) The City Manager and the Chief of Police shall be trustees of the Fund, charged with the responsibility of accounting for receipts and disbursements from the Fund and shall be the only persons permitted to draw upon the deposits to the Fund.
