(A) The employment policies and benefits, including procedure manuals of the city as may be adopted by administrative action from time to time are hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. (Ord. 2439, passed 2-19-81)
(B) All collective bargaining agreements as adopted by Council by ordinance from time to time, are also hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
