§ 33.03  CONTEMPT OF COURT.
   (A)   No person shall fail to appear in the Mayor's Court of the city at the time and place on the date noted on a citation issued to such person for violation of an ordinance of the city.
   (B)   No person shall fail to appear in the Mayor's Court of the city at the time and on the date noted on an arrest notice issued to such person subsequent to his or her failure to appear as initially cited.
   (C)   If a defendant is given a stay to pay his or her fine, no such defendant shall fail to appear and pay the fine on the stay date, unless the fine has been previously paid.
   (D)   No person present in the courtroom or in areas adjacent to the courtroom shall conduct himself or herself in such a manner so as to violate any of the provisions of any of the ordinances of the city.
   (E)   No person shall fail to obey an order of the Mayor's Court with respect to the imposition of any sentence.
   (F)   This section creates an offense separate and apart from the offense alleged in the legal process giving rise to the requirement to appear in the Mayor's Court and is separate and apart from a lawsuit requirement to post security to insure appearance before the Mayor's Court and in no way excuses the forfeiture of such security upon failure to so appear.
   (G)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of contempt of court, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
