(A) Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held on the first and third Thursday of each month. Workshop meetings shall constitute regular meetings for purposes of this section and Article IV, Section 2 of the Charter. When the meeting falls on or near a holiday, Council may determine to re-schedule the meeting. Council may change the meeting schedule from time to time.
(B) Attendance of Council members will be taken at committee meetings and reported into the minutes by the Clerk of Council during regular Council meetings.
