§ 114.01 CRUISING WITHOUT PASSENGERS RESTRICTED.

It shall be unlawful to drive a taxicab through the streets without passengers, in a manner that one point is passed more than once within ten minutes, or, with or without passengers, in a manner as to retard or interfere with traffic.
