(A) License fees for the operation of a pool or billiard hall (four or more tables) shall be $500 for each pool or billiard table. The fees shall be collected by the City Manager before any license or permit therefor is issued by the Clerk; and those fees collected shall be paid into the city treasury.
(B) The license fee of $500 shall be for a period of one year and licenses so issued shall cover a one-year period from the date of the license.
