The notice provided for in §§ 95.31 and 95.32 of this chapter shall identify the property and give the location of the sidewalk and the period of time allowed the property owner to have the work done by private contract. The time shall be reasonable, but shall not be less than 15 days for construction or reconstruction and not less than five days for repairs.
