§ 93.30 STORAGE OF EXPLOSIVES.

   (A)   It shall be unlawful to store at any time within the municipality a quantity of gunpowder or other similar explosive weighing in excess of 100 pounds.

   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
