§ 116.01  DEFINITIONS.
   MARIJUANA, MEDICAL MARIJUANA, CULTIVATORS, PROCESSORS and RETAIL DISPENSARIES as used in this chapter shall have the same meanings as defined or described in R.C. Chapter 3796.
