§ 90.12  RABIES IMMUNIZATION REQUIRED.
   (A)   All dogs within the city limits are to be immunized against the prevalent disease of rabies.  Immunization tags of uniformity can be easily recognized and shall be placed upon those dogs. Any dog caught at large which has not been handled in the foregoing manner shall be impounded and disposed of according to law.
   (B)   All pet cats shall be immunized against rabies. Immunization tags shall be placed upon those cats.  Any known pet cat not so immunized, shall be kept impounded by the owner, or legal agencies, and if not immunized by the owner, the cat shall be destroyed.
