§ 39.16  AUTHORIZATION TO USE DEBT-COLLECTION SERVICES.
   (A)   The Village Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with bonded collectors to collect delinquent tax accounts referred by the Tax Administrator.
   (B)   The Tax Administrator is hereby authorized to refer delinquent tax collection cases to bonded collectors from time to time as the Administrator deems necessary.
