(A) Permanent monuments shall be set at locations required by the City Engineer and the Zoning Enforcement Officer.
(B) Monuments similar and equal to those required by the Hamilton County Engineers office shall be provided and installed by the subdivider.
(C) Markers shall consist of galvanized steel, iron pipe, or steel bars at least 24 inches in length and 5/8-inch in outside diameter.
(D) Monuments and markers shall be provided by the subdivider and so placed that the center point shall coincide with the intersection of lines to be marked and the top level with the surface of the surrounding ground after final grading.
