§ 153.333  CURBS AND GUTTERS.
   (A)   Concrete curb and gutter shall be provided along the outside edge of all street pavements.
   (B)   Curbs and gutters shall be installed by the subdivider in compliance with the specifications of the city.  Straight curbs shall be required along all road classification pavements.
   (C)   Curbs shall be concrete and designed and constructed in accordance with ODOT Item 609.04, as approved by the City Engineer and Zoning Enforcement Officer.
