(A) Submission for approval. Prior to the submission of the final record plat, 12 copies of the necessary construction drawings shall be submitted to the Planning Commission.
(B) Construction drawing review fee. A review fee established by ordinance of Council equaling 1.5% of the estimated infrastructure improvement costs for the portion of the plat for which the construction drawings have been designed shall be paid to the city prior to the construction drawings being placed on the agenda for consideration of recommendation of the Planning Commission.
