§ 153.277  APPEARANCE AND VISIBILITY.
   (A)   Wireless telecommunications facilities shall not be artificially lighted or marked, except as required by law.
   (B)   Towers shall be galvanized and painted with a rust-preventive paint of a non-contrasting gray or similar color to harmonize with the surroundings and shall be maintained in accordance with the requirements of this subchapter.
   (C)   Lights, beacons, or strobes of any kinds shall not be permitted on any tower, antenna, and equipment unless required by the Federal Aviation Administration.
