§ 153.255  SIGNS IN PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY OR RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   No sign shall be placed in any public right-of-way except:
      (1)   A governmental sign, such as a traffic control or directional sign; and
      (2)   Signs in the central business district, provided the signs meet the requirements of this subchapter.
   (B)   Any sign placed in a public right-of-way or right-of-way easement may be removed by the city and stored in a city facility as directed by the Zoning Enforcement Officer for a minimum of 120 hours and may thereafter be destroyed.
